Came here because of the reviews. They do not lie! Great food and friendly service stand out. Lunch special was a burrito beans and rice for 6.99. Smothered in green chili really hit the spot. Salsa is great but chips were definitely on the stale side.
Originally being from California, I wasn't sure what to expect from a Mexican restaurant in the middle of Nebraska. I should have raised my expectations. Mi Ranchito serves excellent food and it's accompanied by excellent service. I highly recommend stopping if you are in the area.
