Bike sheared an axle due to seized wheel bearing on the way to Sturgis Motorcycle rally 2017. By chance we (rider group) came into contact with Tom, the owner of this shop. He came out and towed me in and the others followed. Fixed up the bike, luckily had the wheel bearings in stock. He did not have the adjuster or the axle, however he did have a machine shop and he made the parts and had us on the road the next day. His pricing was well below what i expected as a stranded motorist on a motorcycle in a strange town 800 miles from home. He even gave us a follow up call to see if all was well and did the repair hold up a couple days after we left the first time. We needed a repair on one of the other bikes so we stopped back by on the way back and again top notch service and pricing. Next Sturgis or anytime we are going through there we are going to stop and say hello. Breakdowns suck but the silver lining in meeting these outstanding people far outweigh the inconvenience of a broken Harley. I rode it from Alliance, to Sturgis, and all the way back to south Texas without incident. Thanks again.
