Hi price and poor quality of workmanship. Never tighten the parts they remove. One star is even too much.
Just wanted to let you know I will be filing with the Better Business Beareau and writing letters to numerous trucking publications about your knowledge of premature failing of the Spal cooling fans. Per Tony and Jake, you knew you had a problem with the fans and you have now upgraded to a more dependable fan yet you hide behind your "warranty" and fail miserably at customer service by making the consumer pay for a fan that does not fail. The problem is not with the Spal fan but with the application and you knowingly put this product on the market expecting failure. By offering a two year warranty but limiting the hours of the unit to an unrealistic number, you have managed to avoid paying warranty claims to a large number of consumers. This is my second Dynasys unit and I only purchased it because of the assurances I had from your people that the Gen 1 problems had been addressed and taken care of. I paid close to $10,000.00 for this unit and I refuse to spend any more money out of my pocket for a unit that is less than one year old. I have had to do more than one repair myself because of your lack of repair facilities. You should be ashamed for advertising twenty four hour tech support because we all know that is not true. I will be pursuing this aggressively as these type of business practices are not good for anyone in this industry.
Had a driver that was having difficulties releasing a frozen brake. Someone in a service truck pulled up and asked him if he needed any help. He pulled out a sledge to which the brake was no match. Didn't cost us a dime. Next time we have issues in Alliance we'll be getting work done at Tridako.
