I was in a vehicle driving south on alliance going toward ScottsBluff Sunday October 22 2017 and a driver with a pink breast cancer ribbon on the grill of his truck decided to pass 2 cars that were stuck behind another semi up ahead. The vitalix driver passed and almost caused 1 of 2 crashes that day by forcing the car in front of me on to the shoulder and them having to slam on their breaks. That was at roughly 2:45pm. Then like 15 minutes later they again passed and had oncoming traffic very close as they were pulling back in and next thing we know the break lights are on the semi that got passed. The trailers licence plate was 65-X329.
