I'm taking my business elsewhere, extremely disappointed that five years of customer loyalty means absolutely nothing.
I've been a customer at Webb Eye Care in Alliance for almost five years. (It used to be Alliance Vision Source) Today I was informed they no longer take my kids' insurance. I could, however, drive 35 miles to get an eye exam because that sounds reasonable, doesn't it?
I had a wonderful experience at Webb Eye Care!
In case you didn't know, Family Vision Clinic right here in Alliance will take the insurance even though Webb Eye Care doesn't want anything to do with it.
Very friendly and definitely know what they are doing.

I was informed that almost all eye care providers are refusing to accept certain insurance because it pays lower benefits. I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact that they just spent a lot of money renovating their Alliance office and now have to pay for that. I feel sorry for their Bridgeport office, since apparently they are being inundated with new clients who have been summarily dismissed from their other offices.
